Background Current NHS policy encourages an integrated approach to provision of mental and physical care for individuals with long term health problems. The ‘PARTNERS2’ complex intervention is designed support psychosis in a primary setting. Aim trial will evaluate the clinical cost-effectiveness PARTNERS2 intervention. Design & setting This cluster randomised controlled superiority comparing collaborative (PARTNERS2) usual care, internal pilot assess feasibility. be within four recruitment areas: Birmingham Solihull, Cornwall, Plymouth, Somerset. GP practices are 1:1 either (a) plus modified standard (‘intervention’); or (b) only (‘control’). Method flexible, general practice-based, person-centred, coaching-based aimed at addressing health, social needs. Two hundred eligible from 39 taking part. They were recruited through identification secondary databases. hypothesis quality life (QOL). Secondary outcomes include: wellbeing, time use, recovery, process care.
